About The Instructor

Brandon Sullivan (www.brandonsullivan.com) is an award winning advertising and editorial photographer based out of Phoenix AZ.

After attending Central Michigan University earning degrees in both fine art photography and psychology, followed by a three year stint working in finance, Sullivan headed south to Arizona where he turned his love of photography into a full-time occupation. A visual storyteller and portrait seeker he aims to entertain at times yet find the true subject somewhere in all of it simultaneously, be it shooting celebrities, athletes, or the guy next door.

Today, with far reaching clients such as Frito Lay, Miller Beer, Arizona State University, Grand Canyon University, APS, Hotel Casa Del Mar, Lunesta, Wired, Shape, Bon Appetite, Inc., Forbes, and so on, Sullivan is one of the most well respected photographers in the Phoenix Metro area. His fine art has been shown in numbers of galleries and museums around the states, including the Phoenix Art Museum.

Sullivan works out of and co-owns Legend City Studios. The 7,000-sqft. studio is located in the heart of downtown Phoenix and is considered one of the premier studios and gallery spaces in the area. It is from this studio that Brandon Sullivan will continue to produce his work for for years to come.

Me. Sullivan, I saw your studios listing and I wondered if you are open or by appt. ?

I was curious because it is named “Legend City Studios” and if you might have been around back in the 60s or 70s that was an amusement park on the east side of the valley,

I work in Central Phoenix and would love to meet you.

Hi Tricia, no I moved to the valley in 2001, but I have a studio mate who’s mother used to work at Legend City back in the day, we were definitely playing off of the old amusement park though when we named our studio!
